Strength Koach Standard Training follows a 4 week, 5x/week conjugate style block program in which you will have 2 heavy days, 2 fast days, and 1 full metabolic conditioning day. Strength and conditioning are the priorities of this program with mobility, general physical preparation, and work capacity playing a big role as well.
If you follow this program and are consistent with your training, you will see results. You will see strength gains, physique changes, as well as an increase in your conditioning.
You will be able to modify each session depending on the equipment you have available, but a barbell, dumbbells and bench will be necessary.
